About Hippie Bob...

Robert Hunter was born in northern New Jersey raised and educated in the small community of Wanaque. Tarkio College in Missouri was his choice for higher education, which is also where he met Diana his future wife in 1968. After he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, the newly minted Hunters went off to partake in life’s odyssey in the Chicagoland area.

Robert Hunter’s career has been evenly divided between hamburgers and chocolate. Mc Donald’s is still a company he frequently refers to with passion and admiration, and Hamburger University became an institution for higher learning. He attributes much of his business acumen to classes at Hamburger University. Riverside Chocolate Factory was born on March 14, 1986.

Robert Hunter who became Hippie Bob over 20 years ago, Author and Philosopher,  is currently working on writing Self Help & books for children after retiring from Riverside Chocolate Factory his passion for the last 32 years. Also authoring his Tribe Blog.  

The “sweet life” continues as the Hunters have three beautiful Beach House condos ON THE BEACH & CARIBBEAN SEA on the island of Cozumel. Writing is his passion!
